With Cass making the deal with Howard, she said she would nominate Kelsey and Shelli. And with Cass winning HOH, I'm not sure who Steve would nominate next to Kathy. Possibly Libra, since he's basically aligned to everyone else and I think putting up Naeha or James is too big of a move for him to make given the circumstances of him probably wanting Kathy out if Cass wins HOH?

He thinks with his using the veto for no reason now is going to throw shade to a few people also his comp wins is becoming a factor so he thinks he'll need a safety shield and no one won't see this coming.
