Diary Room: Week Five - Unwritten

Did I just name my diary room after a Natasha Bedingfield song? You best your ass I did. Did I just make a typo? You BET your ass I did. Am I going to change it? No lol.

Okay, Cass and Howard have a low key deal to not nom each other, but she never made that deal with me. If I win HOH, Cass and Kathy are going up. Cathy. 

I'm in a bit of a difficult position because I'd say the person I'd want to take over everyone is Howard, but I'm still in the other alliance with Becky, Shelli and Liz. I'm still showing preference to them, because it'd be stupid not to. Along with that, me and Naeha are getting on a bit more, but I feel that's a move by her to be safer around the house. I'm not complaining, I'm just commenting. 

Arlie's kind of like a robot. He will tell me facts, but no emotion. It's starting to be like, I ask him a question, he answers, he asks me a question, i answer. I feel like i'm talking to Siri. WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT..... He's too... Sirious.

Thank you! I'll be here all week! But only this week.

I'm actually not upset at Nick leaving. At the end of the day, it's one less person and that's cool. I just find it funny to be upset over it. I'm annoyed that i had a stress filled week for absolutely nothing. But eh, why worry about it? It's over. It happened. 

James is in a much worse position in the house than he thinks he is. If I win HOH i wouldn't nom him, but that's because Cathy needs to go. 

Liz is cool. She worries too much.

Naeha is cool. She worries too much. It's almost like half the house wants to evict her or something. Hmmm.

Libra is the female Nick.

Steve is the male Beyonce. Everyone else is Destiny's Child.

So apparently Arlie went to Liz and asked for a four person alliance with him Shelli and Becky? Which is LOL because that's kinda him blatantly trying to be in the best position in the house, because with his perspective, he'd have Liz Shelli and Becky on one side, Me Howard and James on the other, and then us together minus James and Becky. And like- props to him, except there are no props at all because come on, dude. Don't be SO obvious about it. 

Have a little reservation. I'll probably go to Howard with this tonight, because I feel this info would shoot Arlie to the bottom of our totem pole.

I WROTE A LONG DIARY ROOM ENTRY BUT I'M DELETING BECAUSE CASS IS MAKING ME HIT MY FUCKING HEAD AGAINST A BRICK WALL

Okay, first of all. I apologize. Any week where I didn't do anything, I'd made 70,000 DR posts, this week I haven't really talked yet. So here we go.

PREVIOUSLY ON BIGGGGG BROTHER
Cassandra and Steve won head of household, but when Cassandra wanted to nominate Kelsey and Shelli, Steve objected, not wanting Kelsey's slow ass to be on the same team as Shelli's slow ass. 


Now on the search for pawns, Cassandra kept shooting down Steve's ideas, and kept pushing her own onto him. She purposely didn't bring up James at ALL, which made Steve a little suspicious. After an hour or two, Cassandra wanted to throw up Becky and Shelli, while Steve wanted to nominated Kelsey and Kathy (#BecauseFuckKathy).


Cassandra tried to push her own nominations onto his side though, trying to get Steve to nominate Shelli and Arlie while she would nominate Becky and Kelsey. So Steve started drinking, it was his only way to be able to talk to Cass.


Finally Steve said fuck it and he told her to nominate Shelli and Kelsey and he'd throw up two strong people. His reasoning behind this not only would just Shelli be on the block, but if Steve could convince two people to go up and win, he could show the house he's not afraid of putting up actual people who aren't competition losers, while also having them win and allow him to be dethroned, so he can compete for HOH next week against Kathy but not Cass. 


Steve told the house he would just draw random names out of a hat. Anyone in this house who would believe someone playing this game would literally just choose a random two to go up is dumber than Nick was for leaving. Steve doesn't think anyone will believe it, but if one person does, then he can make fun of then later on.


Steve has approached Libra and Kathy and said he's nominating them. He said he wanted it to be a conversation and not just him telling them they're going up, but the conversation was Steve telling them they're going up. Both seem to be on board for it, at least as on board as they could be. Neither want to be up, but get that I have to put up someone. Also that I do want them to win seems to make them a LITTLE less nervous. Not much, but a little.


Steve believes he can use this opportunity to work with Libra, and talk to Kathy more, but the main reason of his nominations was to put himself in good graces with Naeha. Along with knowing the fact that Khelli could pull through and somehow win, and if that's the case, Kathy would already be on the block and primed to be sent home. Because i know slash would keep Libra, we'd just have to convince one more person to vote that way.

Okay. Let's talk about this, and this is mostly just me talking to myself because I'm.. probably one of the last people anyone wants to talk to right now lmfao.



So let's start with the obvious. This HOH was a mess. A giant mess of a week where everything I seemingly wanted to happen, didn't happen. I could chalk it up to a lack of experience, but even looking back now, it's like hey, I fucked up. So when winning, I wanted to put up Kelsey and Kathy. I promised Cass I wouldn't BD her. I wanted to keep that promise. But no, Kelsey on one side, Kathy on the other. Kelsey (somehow) wins BOTB. So Kelsey's not an option. Then in veto, I literally wanted anyone BUT Kathy to win it. She did. So Kathy wasn't an option. I was stuck between realistically putting up Cass, Naeha and James.

James because I'm done with his one word answers and I'm ready for him to leave. Naeha because at the end of the day, Libra is only one target of hers, the other ones are people in my alliance. That's a dangerous person, regardless of how well we seem to be getting along this week now that I'm HOH. The third option was Cass, who, like Libra, is on the same side of the war as me, but we're not on the same team.

Becky came to me, and... weirdly try to manipulate me into nominating Cass? Like- she was like "Hey. It'd be funny if you did that. It'd be entertaining. What's better? Winning or entertaining?" and I gave an off the wall answer and she's like "Nope try again". So the fact she didn't just talk to me, and instead kinda just chatted AT me, trying to get me to go her away (I could have horrible misinterpreted this, it's just how I saw it). I threw Cass off the table as an option. I was leaning James' way for a minute, but a couple people pointed out how stupid that was. He annoys me and I want him gone, but I don't think I should be the person who does that. 

So that left me with Naeha. She has targets with my alliance, and also ties to another member of my alliance that I'm starting to become iffy on. I genuinely really like talking to her, but she has to go. I get that's a really stupid idea, and that basically stems because I'm a stupid person. After I learned I'd be HOH for the week, I decided I'd just start throwing out a ton of random crap and self destruct a little bit. Kathy was pointing out how I've never been nominated and how everyone likes me, so I kinda wanted to challenge that a little bit. The entire randomizing all my noms thing should be a clear indication to them that I'm trying to alter my public persona a bit. C'mon, who would honestly believe that I'd take an hoh and just throw everyone's name into a randomizer and somehow the only people nominated were the people I talked to the least. 

In summary, because this is running way too long. I did what I thought was best for my game, which I have tunnel vision playing so i might be extremely wrong about that. I definitely don't think I went about it the right way, some of it was intentional, some of it was not. Also, apparently Libra is thinking of quitting. And if for the second week in a row, someone waits until post veto nominations to quit, when someone from my alliance stuck our neck out to get naeha up (Last week, Howard. This week, Me). I swear I will go off. It's not even about my noms being evicted for me, it's like- why are you waiting until now? you find out that you're a final nom and you just give up instead of trying to talk to people and get them to vote your way. I get Libra is a girl but grow a pair.
