Hey, Shelli! Welcome to BB: Rise & Fall 14! Please answer these questions when you get the chance. Thank you for applying and we hope you have a great time.  

1. Did you enter the game with a set strategy? If so, (how) has it changed now that the game has officially begun and you've probably met some of the cast?  

2. What kind of player would you consider yourself? (The hero, the villain, the socialite, the competitor, well-rounded, etc...?)  

3. What are your strengths and weaknesses as a player?  

4. What are your pet peeves in people? Are there any kind of players that just really grind your gears? Would you target them automatically or try to work past these differences?  

5. Have you communicated with anyone yet? Who has made good first impressions? Who has made bad impressions?  

6. (Why) do you think you have what it takes to win Big Brother: Rise & Fall 14?  

7. Anything else you'd like to add before your journey for the victory begins?

1. Did you enter the game with a set strategy? If so, (how) has it changed now that the game has officially begun and you've probably met some of the cast?



I don't usually enter with a strategy other than to build relationships, try not to stand out too much as a threat, and keep my eyes open! Other than that, I will probably just try to adapt as the game goes on. I really hope to have a close bond with at least one person who I can trust. It not only makes the game more fun, but it gives you someone to bounce ideas/strategies off of. I haven't met anyone yet.

edit: Ooops, I am meeting Libra as we speak lol. She's drinking a beer and I'm about to get wine. My first meeting! She also said she smuggled in some 420 in her cooch. Okay.. Anyway, my strategy has still not changed lol.



2. What kind of player would you consider yourself? (The hero, the villain, the socialite, the competitor, well-rounded, etc...?)



I would say a cross between competitor and socialite. Sometimes I hone in on certain people I enjoy more than others and shut off efforts toward other people when I probably shouldn't. I think as Shelli I'm going to have to keep that socialite in the forefront. And those teeth!



3. What are your strengths and weaknesses as a player?


Strengths are being competitive, usually having fairly good instincts, reading people well, and being fairly social. Weaknesses...oh where do I begin? Paranoia, posting in the wrong chat (sometimes after one too many glasses of wine but sometimes just because I'm a dork ), mis-reading directions, closing off communications when I shouldn't. I'm also not the BEST competitor out there, especially by today's ORG standards so I fall into the middle or bottom probably, depending on the challenge. What I lack in skill I usually make up for in effort, though.




4. What are your pet peeves in people? Are there any kind of players that just really grind your gears? Would you target them automatically or try to work past these differences?


Probably just people who are difficult to talk to, slow to respond. Honestly, I can get easily irritated but unless someone is blatantly ignoring me or aggressively targeting me, I would probably try to look past differences. I think everyone has the possibility of being helpful to my game.




5. Have you communicated with anyone yet? Who has made good first impressions? Who has made bad impressions?



So far just to Libra but it's still early. I didn't want to wait to answer these questions and not everyone has checked in yet. I'll post a cast assessment once I have talked to everyone - or at least who I am able to talk to.



6. (Why) do you think you have what it takes to win Big Brother: Rise & Fall 14?


I guess because as long as I'm watching my back I think I can create the bonds necessary to keeping myself safe. Depends on the cast, twists, and a lot of other things but I'm capable. 




7. Anything else you'd like to add before your journey for the victory begins?


Thanks so much for casting me! I have definitely heard great things about the series (and of course seen some firsthand). I'm very excited to play!

My last game was a BB game last summer that ended up fizzling near the end (the main host went inactive), which was a disappointment. I played as Steve (lol) because I thought it would be fun to play a character, and, it was! It was really fun. I was nerdy, weird, etc. I think I sketched some people out, though, lol. I am looking forward to playing as Shelli because I have a lot more in common with her than I do with Steve. Namely: The wine thing, younger men .. lol. JK kinda. Anyway, I am going to try to use a little of Shelli's southern charm but try to temper it so she's not toooo syrupy sweet. We'll see how that works out.
