A long summer of backstabbing, tears and groan-inducing puns finally comes to an end as Rise & Fall crowns its fourteenth winner. Before the finale, Heather Decksheimer, a fan-favorite and runner-up of Season 8, returns as a special guest to host the jury roundtable. She sits down with those bitter bunnies to flesh out which of the finalists—Kelsey, Steve or Shelli— deserves their vote to take home the $500,000 grand prize.
heather : Thanks for inviting me here tonight Boog and Ika! I'm so excited to be here to discuss things with the jury! Without further adieu, lets find out what the jury is thinking about the Final 3!
Welcome, Naeha ,liz ,becky ,crazyjames ,libra ,howard ,cassandra ,Arlie Shaban !
heather : It's such a pleasure to get the opportunity to sit down with you all! Let's just dive right in and get started with these questions, shall we? You've all got an important task ahead of you in voting for a winner. What do you jurors perceive as the strengths and weaknesses of the remaining houseguests' games?

Good points = they're still in the house. Weak points = seem fake.

Kelsey
Good - Great jury management, has a shot at winning, and isn't a shady bitch.
Bad - Nothing.

Kelsey is very good at manipulating and seems to be playing a strong game. I think her downfall will be sending out people in a lesser way then she should have, like Becky.
I think Shelli's downfall will be her social game outside members of her alliance(s), at least with me she never gives that much of a response for me to get to talk to her. Her strong points would be winning comps and gaining control, then again without a good social game she could be seen as a huge gamebot.
I think Steve's good points are that he hid his cards pretty well; at times I couldn't even tell what he's thinking. His weak points would probably be his social game like what Arlie has called out on his way out

It's been a while since I've been in the game, and it's pretty obvious that so much has changed since I left, but I'll give this a shot anyway!
From what I can tell, Kelsey has played a pretty cutthroat and crafty game. The fact that she survived this last round when a majority of the jury felt it was in Steve's best interest to vote her out is kind of impressive. We can sit here all day talking about what a mistake it was for Steve to evict Arlie, but I think it's important to note that Steve's mistake is Kelsey's success. All that being said, the fact that one of Kelsey's biggest allies has been actively rooting against her is kind of telling. I think she made some blunders when it came to jury management, and she's gonna have to be kind of careful in her tone when she addresses the jury.
With Shelli, I think she's played a really well rounded game. She's won a solid amount of competitions, has avoided the block, and hasn't pissed off the jury to the extent that Steve and Kelsey have. I would say Shelli's biggest flaw is that, in my experience with her, she struggles to articulate herself when she's put on the spot. We have a really confrontational jury right now, and I'm not sure how she's going to react to that. Though, she might not really HAVE to when most of the vitriol is directed at Steve and Kelsey.
And then there's Steve. I think that Steve has a certain charisma to him that would normally benefit someone during the endgame stage. However, the way he's treated people has been kind of off putting. A lot of his decisions and commentary have been... unnecessary, to say the least. I was hoping he'd get his shit together after random.org-gate, but he hasn't.

Kelsey: Good is that she was a strong strategic and physical player. Her weak points are in her social game -- she had atrocious jury management with me. I honestly felt betrayed by her, and I don't think I can vote for her in good conscience.
Shelli: She had an amazing physical game, and she must've had a good strategic/social game as well because she is yet to be a final nominee even though I never really saw it. I think to me personally, she was really fake and cold, which I did not like. But I can acknowledge that I probably just saw a different side of her than most of hte cast did.
Steve: Literally no good points ; his entire game is awful. When he had to make pivotal decisions, he honestly made ones that were not in his best interest. He won comps...but less so than both Shell and Kels I think (I could be wrong on that, he might've won more comps than Kels). And socially, I honestly feel that he's a craven and he really did me dirty. Like Kels, I can't really vote for him in good conscience... so if they're up against each other I dunno what I'll do.

Steve - Strengths: Is alright at comps, seems strong at endurance (from last time we had it), seems confident?
Weaknesses: Somehow manages to not listen to anybody and be really impressionable at the same time, can come across as offputting and arrogant, seems to have problems with damage control
Kelsey - Strengths: Good at keeping the target off of herself (after Week 1, wasn't nominated until the Final 4 when there was no other option), well-rounded, personable
Weaknesses: Sometimes can seem distant, isn't always easy to approach
Shelli - Strengths:Strong in competitions, can be easily approachable, has a decent strategic mind
Weaknesses: Can sometimes come across as disingenuous, sometimes seemed a bit indecisive, has moments of close-mindedness (is that a term?)

heather : Wow, so it seems like you've all got some things that you're on the same page about, as well as some varying opinions on other stuff. To kind of jump off that, strengths and weaknesses aside, how would you all say that you feel about this Final 3, in general or as representatives of this season?

Honestly? They're not the Final 3 I'd have most wanted, but I can certainly think of worse. I won't say they didn't play, because they did, it's just that some of the things they've done have been a bit...suspect.

I personally do not like it. These are the three people that were on the bottom of my list of people I wanted to vote for when I left, and from what I've seen, they haven't done a lot to change that. That said, they've all played great games (except maybe steve) and I acknowledge that all three of them outplayed me. So props to them. I just wish they were a bit nicer to me on my way out.

My feelings are pretty mixed. I'm really happy that Kelsey has made it this far, but I'm also mildly irritated that the two people I felt the most slighted by ended up making it there with her.

heather : A little longwinded but well said Liz! Great feedback from all of you honestly. I think that I'm starting to get a sense as to who you're all rooting for, but just so we're clear, who would each of you like to see in the Final 2?

I'd really like to see Kelsey there no matter what, but I'd prefer she be next to Steve. I think it'd make for a more interesting Final 2 process watching people have to choose between two options that aren't necessarily ideal, but that's just me! Whoever makes it there deserves it, so I'm not gonna complain.

Shelli and Steve. I really only feel good about voting Shelli. If the F2 is Kels and Steve, I will really be at a loss and I'll be tempted to random.org my vote!

As big of a surprise as this might sound like, there's nobody that has a 0% chance at my vote. Yeah, the chance of Steve getting my vote is probably close to 1% and would take one hell of an awesome Jury Q&A session to where it'd be possibly the best in RnF history but...anything's possible.

heather : Arlie that's interesting that you say that and brings me to my next question, is there anyone that the rest of you would absolutely not vote for. If so why?
howard
I think Steve has the hardest time earning my vote with how he's treated his own jury management but I'll give him his fair shake.

It's more of a question of is there anyone I will definitely vote for... and that will be Shelli. I'm not like enthusiastic to vote for her, but I really have no reason to be pissed at her for putting me up since I was going to target her if I won HoH the week I left. So I'm more able to look at her game rationally and just look at her merits, versus Steve and Kels who I don't really want to vote for because they stabbed me in the back. If she's not in the F2 though, I honestly don't know who I'll vote for.

Hm. Kind of? I mean, if Kelsey makes it to the end, she's most likely be getting my vote regardless of who she's next to, but if Steve and Shelli happen to be sitting next to each other in the end, I'm not firmly against voting for either of them. They'll just have to put some work in to convince me they're worth voting for.

Yeah, it is true, but it's their own damn fault. They alienated people such as Joshuah and I, who were loyal and could've been a vote for them to stick around. Their over playing cost them the game. Who makes multiple alliances and thinks their gonna stick? A dumbass..... and that type of cast was in the majority as we had several. I juiced the game up because the personalities were like paint drying on wall. Becky has the balls to come for me and say she only talks to interesting people. That bitch is hilarious. Dumb
cunt. This cast is naïve and needs some reality intervention. Young pups and a mid-age 20s broad... yikes.

Possibly? I am probably going to write up a pretty bitchy speech for Steve, but overall I'm kind of over my boot. Like, I felt seriously betrayed when I left, but it's a game. This cast and this F3 in particular I think weren't really interested in making bonds with people. They seemed more interested in just making moves and doing whatever it took to make it to the end. So I can't really be mad that they treated me like shit on the way out. Especially since all three of them did it lol.

Oh, definitely. I think a lot of us are in our feelings at the moment. I don't necessarily consider that a bad thing, though. How you treat people on their way out the door is an important part of the game. However, bad jury management isn't something exclusive to this Final Three. It was kind of universal in this cast, which I think is important to reflect on before we all go off on these people!

Ohh, I don't know. What ever would give you that idea? I think how bitter of a jury we get depends on whether we get a Final 2 with Kelsey in it or not since I'm guessing a Steve/Shelli Final 2 is gonna lead to some pretty vicious questioning.
