Final 14: HOW i cover my bases

it's another beautiful day in the BB house, my third time in a row. classic shit. third times the charm, they say, so i'm not worried about getting the win, it's a given really. i'm more worried about this coming hoh and the noms that could stem from it.

cause you see, everythings passive up in this bb house. last round i nominated the most inactive and the worst at challenges cause i knew if nominees stayed the same, i wanted that inactive gone, and Cassandra who stuck around would have to actually win hoh in order to get revenge. yeah, it's shitty, and i'm sure i'm not the only one thats gonna be doing it, but it just feels nice. now that doesn't disregard the fact that i could be put on the block for other unrelated reasons, such as maybe someone wanting to make a move or some shit. i cant allow that.

so instead of hiding in my howard bunker i'm going to make sure that i'm a bit productive this round even though i cant win hoh. i gotta cover my bases outside of my alliance of five, the SLASH (name has literally changed 5 times or w/e). i've just talked to nae about protecting me, and i hope i can trust that if she wins hoh, she'd live up to it. i got my alliance of course looking out for me, and i think becky/libra wouldn't nominate me either. 

beyond allies, i feel like nick's just gone and would nominate anyone and i wonder whats up with him. ram and james would probably not nominate me as they were put up by liz, although who knows with ram. my biggest ?'s are kelsey and kathy, two people who could win but haven't yet. i'm also suspicious of an all girls alliance - something that's kinda common in games nowadays. especially with half the men either goin (sam, josh) or lame (james, ram, nick). literally just leaves myself steve and arlie.

yeah the more i think about it, an all girls alliance is totally bound to be out there. if i had to guess who, it'd include kathy and kelsey.

also the talk of the town lately is porsche's questions in the staff questions area, which i find hilarious. like steve was telling me he thinks theres another alliance JUST cause porsche asked us who we all thought our #1's were. shelli was also like hounding me down and told me I was her #1 (which i actually kinda dont believe, if i'm being honest). it's like aight if this staff question is making you think theres another alliance out there then chillax. what are you gon' do, just harass everyone for their number one and then see if you can piece the puzzle together? it's common knowledge that theres probly TONS of alliances out there so the fact that this question is the match that lit the flame in a few people is just crazy. steve thinks this hoh is gonna become world war 3 and shelli seemed insulted when i told her steve was my #1 pick (which he isn't yo!!!).

i'm just sitting here lawlin. these people gotta keep their sanity in check. if there is another alliance out there, it becomes obvious with hoh nominations, not with knowing who the top of everyones list is.

well i was a bit worried with kathy winning hoh that i could be on the block, however i seemed to have been saved. arlie is getting the awkward nomination though, and it's time to save his ass.

- i pretty much announce that arlie and i are in some kind of alliance.
- i make nae nominate someone else, and i'd rather force kathy to do that over nae.
- put the spotlight on me rather than keeping it on arlie whose seemingly the worse player of social games, cause i thought my social game with kathy was shit.

-DONT USE VETO-
- i risk arlie leaving.
- if arlie is bumrushed out the house, i would know somethings up and it'd be time to retaliate.
- i hide my allegiance with arlie.

SLASH is still going strong though, it was interesting how arlie got put up and i'm still thinking theres an all girl alliance up in this house but the issue is that i have no solid proof, and when i go around saying "yo i think theres an all girl alliance" i'm pretty much no better than the alliance i'm shittalking. i gotta be tact about it.

so as another week of easy noms come to a close, and ultimately ram will probly be leaving because people liked nick enough WHEN he was active (but dude that guy is still painfully inactive lmfao) i'm beginning to look more and more longterm and at the future when it comes to decision and shit. you cant lag behind with anyone in BB, that shit will end you.

but this game i'm playing a lot differently than i have in the last two bbrnf's, and thats by actually getting involved with alliances hardcore and early on. in 13 i played more "counter", and in 14 i played more "floater", so this year with me going all out on alliance and actually actively suggesting them to people and forming them, it's an odd feeling. 

for starters i'm actively going for hoh's to build trust with people, i realize that puts me a bit in a position where someone can turn on me, but i also want to make myself "unbetrayable". i learned a lot from porsche winning last season and actually want to replicate the way she won in a way. porsche was a social threat though, compared to how i'm doing it, which is more a competition threat, but same shit same story. maybe i'm even both? hard to know for sure. i think my decision to go for botb is helping me tho cause it's gonna make people literally afraid of me. "shit, if he wins hoh, he's more likely to take himself off the block". you know, that sort of deal. people dont want to make enemies that last, and i think that puts me in a good position. 100% think thats what made kathy not nominate me this week.

and i also got a bunch of shit going in terms of alliances. "slash", james' weird alliance, the thing with libra, some tight duos, i got a lot of shit going on for me right now. the howard stock is riding pretty high so invest now before i win and it soars ayyy

who i'm tightest with is a tough juggle between shelli, steve, and liz. who i'm tightest with thats not in slash is probably libra. who i'm tightest with that isn't in slash or libra is probably idk, nae? but i think nae's got whatever she's got going on so it's hard to know for sure. below are some little tidbits of information on each person.

cool guy, probably least active member of slash. kinda getting lazy with the outsiders (why he was probably nominated). i think down the line he'll pick it up.

cool chick, our showmance is fizzling though because she takes eons to respond to me. i can't help think that she's got something going on, but whatever she has thats going on, i'm okay with it cause i think she'd keep me around if SHE won hoh.

this chick is for sure getting nominated again if i win hoh. i think we've given up on each other which is like whatever, i'm fine with it. i dont think she can win a challenge anyways so i'm not too worried.

the guy is in an alliance with me and a bunch of other guys, i think it's his last ditch effort to save himself. i do think i'm his only ally though which is solid.

kathy definitely has something up her sleave in terms of an alliance (my spidey senses say kathy/kelsey/naeha/cass) or maybe some variation. i'm surprised she didn't put me up, cause i woulda put her up if i had won hoh probably.

again, think she has something up her sleeve, but makes more of an effort over kathy to talk to me so she's gucci.

good vibes from libra, plus we get along well. we both like being fit, and we both like being honest.

we're both targettes, which is our duo name. unlike steve and shelli, i think liz actually has some solid reasons for wanting me around (also a challenge "threat") so i feel like talks with her are more genuine.

had a great convo at one point before she was hoh but she's kinda died down again, roller coaster's in activity, ups and downs. i like her tho

awesome girl but i think the one in SLASH that has the biggest chance of playing us. i have an inklin that she's throwing challenges.

and yo i wanna touch on my like 'threat status' or whatever cause i've been talking about it with libra, liz, and steve now about how i'm a THREAT or whatever and i'm like THREATENING and people might be SCARED cause i have won challenges right and that i'm a THREAT

but fuckit, i'm not down to play utr anymore. godfrey and louise didn't work, it's time i play more out there. i think that works for me, and im gonna embrace it.

avoiding power and throwing challenges are for the fucko's that dunno how to handle it. meanwhile i'm down to mandhandle the fuck outta these hoh's and veto's. i'm not scared of power anymore, i'm ready to embrace it 8)
